Finally a satisfying Saturday... / Sunday, July 15, 2007
14th July (Saturday)
Intend to wake up in the morning to go over SIM and RELC to settle my payments and registration, but i woke up late in the afternoon instead. Went SIM with my Mum cuz she needs to write the cheque and after settling everything, she brought me to the Spectacle shop located opposite Ginza Plaze cuz i wanted to make a new pair of glasses for driving and future school needs.
It was freaking $700+ >.< , what i had in mind was somewhere around the usual $200+ range. The frame itself costed $700+ near to $800 but cuz my Mum was a regular customer there for many years so they reduced it to $600+ for the frame and then $100 for lens. The frame i chose was made by a famous Japanese designer but anyway i think who made it doesnt matter, i was really very shock to know the price after that. I will only get to collect it next week so i will get a pic uploaded real soon.
I also did another vision check and my eye sight is still unchanged. I am a damn lucky fellow i thought...cuz i been a game addict during poly days till now i still plays quite alot. I can face the Pc for 10+hours without resting my eyes at all for days or even weeks. But my eye sight since primary sch till now, it is always around 100+degree unchanged.
We left West coast at around 5pm my Mum droved to Taman Jurong to pick Fei up and then she dropped us off at Jp. I went to return some rented DVDs and Fei hav to go meet his friend at other places after that. So i was alone walking around and making calls n SMSes to Jw42 to arrange activity for the nite.
Went to play abit at the Arcade and at 7pm then set off to Chevrons to meet Jane, and we manage to get a room for 9+pm so we chilled for there drinking. chatting and playing pool for around an hour+ till Cy and Chris arrival. Marv and Jm joined us later on, while Cy had to make his move cuz he was last min being recalled back camp. Then halfway thru the Ktv session, Chris invited a female friend of his along. For once i thought it is always me trying to get female friends into Jw42, but i seems to be lacking of Nu Ren Yuan so i couldnt do much to help. Well done Chris! So when will it be Yx,Cy,Marv,Jm,etc...?
